By accessing or using Kaptter (kaptter.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Kaptter is a CRM platform that enables businesses to manage leads, deals, contacts, companies, and Meta Lead Ad integrations. We provide tools for pipeline management, team collaboration, reporting, and marketing automation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into Kaptter, including contact information, deal data, and business records. You must notify us immediately at info@kaptter.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Meta Integration

When you connect your Meta (Facebook) account to Kaptter, you authorize us to access your Facebook Pages and Lead Ads data on your behalf using Meta's OAuth authorization. You must comply with Meta's Platform Policy at all times when using Meta integrations through Kaptter. You are responsible for ensuring your use of lead data complies with applicable laws and Meta's terms.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Kaptter, including your contacts, deals, companies, and any other business records. Kaptter does not claim ownership of your data. We act solely as a data processor on your behalf.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Kaptter to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) to contacts.
• Violate Meta's Platform Policy or any third-party terms of service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability and reliability of the Kaptter platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us at info@kaptter.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaptter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
